Milltown aspires to Belgian-style food, whatever that is besides fries with mayo (very good, BTW), with generous proportions supported by more than 100 beers, each of which was personally tested and chosen by Milltown Beermeister Brendon Biggins. They use fresh jumbo wings and prepare them in true Buffalo style.  Boneless Wings are fresh white meat chicken hand battered in their special breading. As you would expect, a long list of sauce choices; this reviewer prefers the hot “Bada Bam” variety. They’ve rounded out our menu by adding our Signature Wraps, Rice Bowls, 1/2 Pound Burgers, and Salads.
